I’m not sure how the survey was conducted and I’m never sure how companies calculate “loss”. One of my favorite examples of this problem comes from a friend who ran a bar in a ski area up north. Business was fine in winter when people were skiing but a little slow in the summer and shoulder seasons. So my friend suggested to his partner that they send a letter to all the adults for miles around inviting them to a party with a free open bar from 7 to 9 on a Friday night. “Are you nuts? We’ll lose a fortune,” screamed the partner. My friend ran the math and finally convinced his partner. And they did lose money from 7 to 9. But in the next six hours they had their best night ever! And for the rest of that off-season, they had one profitable night after another. The math worked.
They have ancient technology in place at their locations, that i made an effort to see first hand, but as i said they have the components in place, they just need the direction to get it done. Maybe a change in management will give the company a different view and they can finally make headway both in earnings and in the stock price as the stock has been stuck in the high to low range for a year. So the moment you hear that Rite Aid is upgrading their systems and giving the company a better public image then you should be all in. I would be open to having Ms. Mary Sammons on “Wall Street to Main Street” in the future as i am sure that being the CEO of the company she can give us a really good view of Rite Aids direction.

After the interview the photographer requested Raju whether he could photograph him along with the car. Surprisingly, Raju agreed. The next issue of BusinessWorld had only Raju on the cover with a laptop on the bonnet of his Benz.
However, some more superhuman than that is a spatiality of hypnosis that’s banned by the law from state used by advertising agencies, in commerce and on most radio and Tv stations.
A consumer opening an envelope to find a sheet of white paper with blocks of small black text is an invitation to the circular file. Consider using colored type in the headlines. Try borders, gradients, even pictures if the design is full-color. It will make the piece look decidedly more “direct mail,” but 99.99% of the time, the consumer knew that opening the letter anyway.
